Helping Hands Day Program is an Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS) program that serves adults that have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

About Us
Helping Hands Day Program provides meaningful opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, grow, build relationships, and participate in their communities. We strive to create a welcoming environment where every individual is valued, loved, and supported—a place where everyone feels accepted, connected, and truly belongs.
Each day at Helping Hands offers opportunities to develop life skills, build independence, learn new things, and strengthen social connections. Participants engage in a variety of activities that may include community service, arts and crafts, music, physical activities, restaurant outings, bowling, and other community experiences. Through these everyday activities, we encourage skill development, socialization, confidence, and meaningful community participation.
We believe every individual has value, purpose, and the potential to grow. Rooted in Christian faith, our program supports personal growth, independence, meaningful relationships, and overall well-being. We recognize that every individual has unique needs, abilities, interests, and goals. Through meaningful opportunities and supportive relationships, we strive to help each participant develop their abilities, work toward personal goals, and experience a sense of purpose, dignity, and belonging.
